Welcome Crazy Snackers! Did you know that eating pickles can lessen anxiety? That’s right eating a pickle can keep you cool, calm, and collected! Social Anxiety is the second most common anxiety disorder, but don’t worry there’s help!

Recent research from Virginia’s College of William and Mary and the University of Maryland shows that eating pickles can substantially reduce social anxiety. If you have social anxiety, eating a pickle is equivalent to popping a Valium or maybe even better!


The next party, speaking engagement, tough phone call that causes anxiety, try eating a pickle (preferably a Crazy Pickle) and watch your anxiety disappear!
